RBG

There will be no post tomorrow. Ruth Bader Ginsburg has died. I have never been more crestfallen, sad, or gobsmacked. RIP RBG.

There is a sadness that cannot be expressed. John Lewis fought for our civil rights. Ruth Bader Ginsburg fought for gender equality and personal freedoms that we all should have but struggle to keep.. Our great leaders are dying. And no one in this generation seems to be rising to the standards of the men and women that has fought to keep America free.

She was a fighter for freedom and our rights and against cancer that finally got her

I agree. She was a powerful and thoughtful woman. Our country will not be the same. I hope we can wait until a new president is in office to replace her with someone to give our court some diversity. She will be missed.

Sadly there seems to be fewer and fewer people with the integrity and moral decency that a great woman like her had. Where are our great leaders ?

Everyone should write to their Senators to insist that her last wishes were honored: That the new president who ever it is should choose the next justice for SCOTUS.
