Wished I was there to nurse you back to health. I woul dmake sure you drink pleanty of fluids, eat something, give you a warm bed bath and massage. to help you sleep this off.
Sorry you are not feeling well. I, too, am {unfortunately} "under the weather" with a friggin' cold, but your post, although shorter than usual, is bringing parts of me back to life!
